"I unfortunately was in an accident and needed to file a claim. I used the app at the time of the accident, and it was so smooth and easy to navigate. I was prompted through questions and given instructions on next steps. I was able to file my claim, get in touch with a rental and repair shop all on the app. I was called the very next day by the repair shop and rental shop to get scheduled. It was so fast and so easy I was soo impressed and grateful!"

"I have been going to Chris Baldwin for about 5 years, after a falling out with another insurance company. I met Elizabeth shortly thereafter. I don't think anyone likes dealing with insurance matters, but Elizabeth makes it more bearable by being straight forward, efficient, and thorough in her explanation of the policies.
